Yet another grim reminder from Devinder ji that if we continue to ignore our farmers in the same manner, we would become slaves to these multinationals that are trying hard to monopolize food production. The need of the hour is to shun GM food and promote local food producers.

Great Talk! Loved the international dimension - learning for me, hadnt thought of that parameter in this problem. I was focussed on internal issues, thanks. Nice to see confirmation of my calculations which I shared in my previous comment. I found a wide divergence across states on the C2 Cost Concept; but the trendline and average were as you state. The range went from losses to some profit... excellent sir! Thanks for sharing this!
